The role involves managing a high-volume caseload (100–300 cases) from intake through litigation, including reviewing and summarizing medical records, negotiating lien reductions, drafting and filing legal documents across multiple jurisdictions, and coordinating with local counsel. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with e-filing systems, legal research platforms, and case management software. Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
