Downtown successful firm is adding a Probate Litigation Associate
- Current Texas law license
- Min of 5 years’ experience in probate litigation
- Strong legal research and advocacy skills
- Ability to draft documents which require technical competencies while also being persuasive
- Solid understanding and application of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
- Ability to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies and settling multi-issue disputes.
- Ability to successfully interface with a client and manage a client’s expectations
- Experience defending and taking depositions
- Willing to be challenged with the issues presented in a unique content area
- Ability to manage a docket of cases
