Reporting to the Director of Loan Servicing, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day loan servicing operations and managing a team of in-office and remote employees. From tracking employee performance to resolving borrower issues, your skills and expertise will drive success in this dynamic role.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience with departmental cross-training
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify key elements and patterns
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret, apply, and explain regulations effectively
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering excellence
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hard money lending experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in loan servicing or related roles
Other Requirements:
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to take initiative and drive results
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
