As an Audit Staff Accountant, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of clients and industries while working side-by-side with experienced professionals who are invested in your success. What You’ll Do:
- Learn and apply accounting and auditing standards issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the AICPA.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits and other assurance engagements.
- Prepare and organize fieldwork, ensuring that supervisors are informed of progress and any emerging issues.
- Take ownership of assigned audit areas under the guidance of senior team members.
- Communicate audit findings and process improvements to Supervisors, Managers, and Partners.
- Contribute to client meetings and help identify ways to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop a solid understanding of each client’s business, industry, and operations.
- Participate in firm training and professional development programs to strengthen your technical and interpersonal skills.

Required Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Accounting degree required)
- Preferred overall GPA of 3.0 (both overall and in accounting courses)
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 0–3 years of experience and actively pursuing a CPA license
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
