Budgeting & Financial Management

Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approvals and company policies.

Monitor financial performance, review monthly accounting reports, and prepare variance and A/R reports.

Complete general ledger reviews, accruals, and maintain accurate delinquency notes.
Property Operations & Maintenance
-
Ensure properties are maintained to company standards; inspect regularly and follow up on repairs.

Oversee service contracts, ensuring vendor compliance with insurance and management agreements.
-
Direct Junior Property Managers and contractors to maintain property condition and system integrity.
Tenant Relations
-
Maintain positive tenant relations and ensure lease compliance.
-
Address tenant concerns promptly and ensure accurate communication of financial information.

Supervise Junior Property Managers in tenant communication and issue resolution.
Vendor & Contract Management
-
Review, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality service and value.

Approve invoices and coordinate with accounting for timely processing.
Leasing Support
-
Oversee vacant units, incorporating leasing assumptions into budgets.

Track lease expirations and coordinate with leasing teams to maintain occupancy goals.
Administrative & Compliance
-
Review leases, abstracts, and management agreements for compliance.

Prepare information for audits, appraisals, or client requests.

Conduct move-ins/move-outs and ensure all procedures are followed.

Meet all reporting and project deadlines as assigned.
