Director of Loan Servicing – Remote

Overview: As the Director of Loan Servicing, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing customer service operations within the Loan Servicing department. Your responsibilities will encompass driving process improvements to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient loan servicing functions. Collaborating with the Salesforce team and implementing AI tools will be crucial in enhancing departmental systems to streamline operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks effectively.

Required Skills: 
- 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience with departmental cross-training
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Hard money lending experience
- 
Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Prior experience in loan servicing or financial services industry 
- 
Other Requirements: Ability to interpret, apply, and explain written and oral regulations and instructions Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
