Senior Property Manager
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)
Pay: Up to $90,000
Benefits: Employer-paid medical benefits package, 401(k)


Position Overview:
A well-established and growing commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee an office and retail portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 12–13 office and retail properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee property performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Handle lease administration, renewals, collections, and CAM reconciliations.
• Partner closely with accounting, construction, and leadership teams to meet company and ownership goals.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital projects while managing vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain compliance and uphold company standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance property performance.
• Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships through clear and professional communication.


Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management (office and retail).
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of 12–13 properties.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (Business, Real Estate, or related field).
• CPM designation highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Resourceful self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
