Administrative Coordinator
A privately owned commercial real estate firm based in central Houston is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the company owner. This role requires a resourceful professional who can exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a complex and active Outlook calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments

Monitor, prioritize, and respond to all incoming emails on behalf of the owner

Serve as a professional point of contact for investors and business partners

Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Handle administrative and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information

Support travel coordination; occasional travel may be required

Provide organizational support and complete routine administrative duties as needed

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience

Occasional overtime required
