Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support

Greet clients and visitors; manage phone calls and general inquiries

Maintain and organize office supplies

Assist with general office management tasks, including mail, scheduling, and vendor coordination

Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis
Legal Administrative Tasks

Prepare and organize legal binders, case files, and discovery materials
-
Assist with basic filings (state, federal, and electronic) related to commercial litigation matters
-
Support attorneys with routine administrative needs

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all legal tasks
Qualifications

Prior experience working in a law office required

Legal secretary experience preferred; paralegal experience not necessary

Familiarity with commercial litigation workflows a plus

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and pitch in wherever needed
