What You’ll Do:
• Lead social media and content strategy across major platforms to grow awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Ensure brand consistency while overseeing creation of videos, graphics, web content, and more.
• Guide internal teams and agency partners to produce standout campaigns.
• Build and engage a thriving online community.
• Track KPIs and share insights that push our marketing forward.
• Lead a team of volunteer bloggers creating lifestyle-focused content.
• Support reputation management, surveys, and internal dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand marketing assets.
• Manage key vendors and oversee printed and promotional materials.
• Mentor and support members of the marketing team.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and contribute to special projects that shape our brand’s future.
? What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
• Portfolio showcasing social media, design, and copywriting work
• 5+ years in marketing or advertising with production oversight
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong creative vision and hands-on content creation experience
• Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail
• Skilled negotiator across social, advertising, and print
• Experience with print production, digital printing, and photography
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience supervising team members
