Settlement Administrator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?    Prepare and maintain accurate settlement disbursement statements.
?    Audit and reconcile case expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
?    Request, track, and organize updated statements for client files.
?    Communicate with clients daily to provide updates and address inquiries. 
?    Monitor and update Settlement team regarding documents sent, received, or outstanding. 
?    Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
?    Perform general administrative duties, including document management and data entry. 

REQUIREMENTS:
?    Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle sensitive client matters.
?    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
?    Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
?    Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues proactively.
?    Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
?    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
?    Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
?    Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
