A private family office is seeking an experienced, highly trusted Executive / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal and family. This role requires discretion, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities seamlessly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day executive and personal support to the Principal, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the Principal, family members, advisors, and external partners

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings with investment advisors, legal counsel, accountants, and other professionals

Manage household-related tasks, projects, and vendors to ensure smooth operations across residences

Oversee personal and business correspondence with the highest level of confidentiality

Plan and coordinate family events, private dinners, and special occasions

Handle expense tracking, bill payment coordination, and administrative oversight as directed

Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain order across competing priorities
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting a Principal, family office, or UHNW individual

Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm in a fast-paced, private environment
Preferred Experience
