HR Benefits Specialist
**MUST HAVE 401K and HSA/ FHSA Experience
Immediate Opportunity – Needed ASAP!!
Contract role (8-12 weeks)
Great Woodlands area location
Pay up to $28 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Run reports out of ADP for 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts.
- Load files to Fidelity for 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts.
- Resolve errors in Fidelity Investments for 401(k) and Spending Accounts.
- Code general ledger entries for 401(k) funding and FHSA funding.
- Properly document reconciliations and issue resolutions, as well as the funding process for audits of 401(k) funding and Spending Accounts.
- Answer emails regarding 401(k) or Spending Account questions.
- Run reports from ADP to load for nonqualified plan
- Submit invoices related to various retirement and spending accounts for payment and g/l postings
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Lookup.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Modules.
- Knowledge and administration of 401(k) plans and day-to-day activities, including loading and funding of contributions.
- Must have experience working with Fidelity Investments
- CEBS certification would be beneficial
