Audit Manager Needed!

Duties
• Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality outcomes and
adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Plan and direct audit engagements, including risk assessment, testing strategy, and
review of workpapers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain strong relationships and
proactively address issues.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach audit staff and seniors to support their professional
growth.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and firm training initiatives.
• Review audit work to ensure compliance with professional standards and firm
quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and strengthen client internal
controls.
• Stay current on technical standards and industry trends to provide valuable insights
to clients.
Qualifications
• CPA license required
• Minimum 3 years of recent audit experience in public accounting
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Team–oriented mindset with a commitment to developing others
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
