We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Representative to join a growing team in North Richland Hills. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full sales cycle while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Manage sales activities including quoting, pricing, and order management.

Understand product lines and become a subject matter expert to effectively advise customers.

Communicate clearly with clients regarding order status, shipping timelines, freight, and payment terms.

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Maintain a positive, dependable, and punctual presence in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of verified sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.

Experience in the fastener and/or construction industry strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of pricing models, quoting, and sales processes.

Excellent communication skills with strong English grammar required.

Spanish bilingual is a plus.
