Litigation Attorney (3–7 Years) | Houston, TX
Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join the Houston Galleria office. This role focuses on managing and resolving an active litigation docket, primarily involving real estate and foreclosure-related matters in state and federal courts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys moving cases toward resolution rather than focusing on business development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a docket of 70–90 litigation files

Handle matters including pre-sale foreclosure litigation, post-sale evictions, judicial foreclosures, receiverships, and related probate matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and court filings

Appear in state and federal court hearings

Work with internal teams to resolve litigation and return files to standard processing
Qualifications

3–7 years of litigation experience

Experience with real estate, foreclosure, or creditor-side litigation preferred

Ability to independently manage a litigation docket

Strong writing and motion practice skills
