Title Operations Manager (or Senior Escrow Officer/Title Agent) – Wall, NJ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team dedicated to Title operations, including Assistants, Recording, and Curative departments.
- Drive workflow efficiencies, enhance productivity, and maintain quick turnaround times to meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, uphold quality benchmarks, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with Examining, Underwriting, and other branch teams to facilitate seamless deal processes.
- Recruit, train, and cultivate a highly efficient and accountable team.
- Identify operational gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Title operations with a solid grasp of workflows and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in leading teams.
- A track record of not just managing tasks, but actively driving performance and achieving goals.
- Confidence in decision-making and holding team members accountable.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a strategic operational mindset.
