Our client is seeking a hands-on Interim Controller to step in immediately and stabilize the accounting function during a leadership transition. This role will oversee all day-to-day accounting operations while partnering closely with operations to ensure accurate project costing, financial reporting, and commission calculations.

Given the lean structure of the accounting team, this individual must be comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level, with direct involvement in month-end close, payroll, invoicing, and cost analysis.
