Business Development Representative
Full-Time, Hybrid

Reports To: VP, Business Development
Position Summary
The Business Development Representative supports customer onboarding, trucking coordination, and account management while ensuring accurate documentation, system setup, and regulatory compliance. This role works cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, maintain strong customer relationships, and support growth initiatives. High performers will expand into broader business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate trucking customer setups, including paperwork, system entry, and compliance.
- Maintain internal systems (e.g., Tanklogix, SCADA/SOAP).
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Manage ticketing discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Support marketing efforts, events, and branded materials.
- Partner with operations to ensure sites are properly stocked and running smoothly.
- Assist in executing strategies to increase trucking volumes.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and trucking partners.
- Support water takeaway solutions (truck, pipeline, recycle).
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Assist with pricing models, contracts, and sales pursuits.
- Attend networking events and support community engagement.
- Provide general support to the Business Development team and perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Midstream oil & gas experience (water midstream preferred).
- Scheduling, analytics, or marketing experience in oil & gas.
- Familiarity with E&P contracts and pipeline systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
