Accounting Assistant with Power Excel Skills Needed
Galleria Location (In office)
Pay to $40 hourly
Hybrid Option!
Job Description:
- Assist with reconciling Corporate Credit Cards (P- Cards)
- Assist with POs
- Assist with annual compliance review of invoices
- Help current cost accounting staff with reconciliations of GL accounts
- Paper and electronic record keeping – Filing; boxing and archiving old files and creating new
- Work with invoices, coding
- Assist with inventory counts (some travel)
Must Have:
- 3+ year of solid accounting experience – cost accounting a plus

Excellent software accounting and financial systems skills needed: (MS Office – Excel); and SAP – Expert level of EXCEL or PowerBI A MUST!
- Bilingual a plus to support international clients
Education Requirements
Prefer Accounting, Finance or Business degree (4 yr)
