Job Title: Production Recruiter
Location: Remote – 2 open roles (West and East Coast)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Production Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier talent for our rapidly growing organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Devising and executing recruitment strategies to engage and hire proficient production professionals.
- Sourcing top talent through diverse channels like networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conducting comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ production expertise, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
- Cultivating and managing a robust pipeline of skilled production candidates to meet present and future recruitment needs.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and company leadership to grasp recruitment requirements and market dynamics.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to gauge time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline activity.
- Showcasing the company’s value proposition, competitive compensation packages, and growth pathways to potential candidates.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and talent movements within the production sector.
- Ensuring adherence to all pertinent employment laws and licensing prerequisites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment of Loan Officers/Branches
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish trust and foster relationships with production professionals.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Skills:
- Established network within mortgage industry.
- Experience in recruiting for commission-based roles.
- Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements.
