Payroll Specialist
Contract to Hire
Pay up to $28 hour depending on experience
Energy Corridor/West Houston Location
100% In-Office role – no hybrid or remote schedule offered
Payroll Specialist with Paycom experience needed ASAP!
Duties:
- Process weekly payroll (hourly and salaried) for 150-200 employees
- Perform high-volume data entry
- Ensure federal and state labor regulations are followed
- Address employee and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Generate reports for management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with intermediate Excel required!
- Paycom experience needed, or similar payroll platform
- Must be accurate, efficient, organized, reliable and dependable
- Confidentiality and professionalism is a must!
- The ideal candidate will be personable, dedicated and a true team player!
