HRIS Analyst Contractor needed
Fully remote to $70 hourly
Hours M-F 8-5 (must be available during this time frame)

Role –
HRIS Analyst role is responsible for troubleshooting errors, business process configuration, issue resolution, and ensuring data integrity in the Workday recruiting module.

Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for Workday recruiting and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate.
• Partner with HRIS team as functional and technical liaison between the Talent Acquisition and HRIS assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, configuration, end user/system testing, etc.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to perform enterprise mass uploads (EIBs). Responsibilities include validating the template, handling data errors, preparing audit reports, and alerting TA of discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
• Collaborate with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs that drive business process improvements leveraging technology (Workday HCM) in partnership with IT & external vendors.
• Provide complete and current process documentation for all applications, providing or obtaining appropriate end user training as needed. Create and maintain user documentation, including identifying any changes that need to be communicated due to changes in processes.
• Partner with HRIS team as functional liaison between the Talent Acquisition and IT and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etc.
• Run, schedule, and/or distribute reports to support assigned functional area (automating wherever possible).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
• Specialization in the Workday Recruiting module required, Onboarding expertise strongly desired.
• Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable

Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in business process configuration and analytical experience in Workday Recruiting and other HR systems.
• Functional knowledge of the various human resource workstreams (Recruiting, Compensation, HR data, Talent, etc.), and how they integrate with one another.
• Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Workday Recruiting module, including upstream and downstream processes.
• Ability to interact with and support all levels of management to support them achieving HR goals/targets.
