Case Manager (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Case Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers a combination of remote and in-office work while supporting clients throughout the case management process.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor client cases from intake through resolution.
- Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
- Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and related documentation.
- Track and manage Letters of Protection (LOPs) and Letters of Representation (LORs).
- Provide regular client updates and ensure accurate case documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Case Manager, Personal Injury, Legal Assistant, or related experience.
- Experience coordinating medical treatment and working with medical records.
- Knowledge of LOPs and LORs required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
