We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in equipment repair, manufacturing, assembly, hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 AM – 1:45 PM (as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, rebuild, and maintain equipment at the Fort Worth facility
- Assemble and disassemble oilfield equipment
- Perform pre-testing and assist with final testing of equipment
- Inspect components for wear, damage, and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Complete required documentation and inspection records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or equipment repair
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of heavy equipment repair or manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of hydraulic repair and troubleshooting experience
- Experience working with oilfield or industrial equipment
