Tenant Service Coordinator
Contract to Hire; $25 p/hr
Dallas, TX 75202
Acts as the main point of contact for tenant needs, inquiries, and service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations & Service Requests:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
- Log, dispatch, and track maintenance work orders through completion.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain precise records, contact lists, and property files.
- Process incoming mail, manage office supplies, and prepare routine reports.
- Vendor & Compliance Management:
- Review and track Certificates of Insurance (COI) for tenants and vendors.
- Assist with processing accounts payable, invoices, and basic accounting tasks.
- Operations & Events:
- Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Coordinate building safety drills, notices, and tenant appreciation events
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or property management.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Building Engines), and solid organizational skills.
