Talent Success Manager
Direct Hire | Up to $100K | Onsite
Hybrid eligibility: 1 day/week after successful completion of the first 90 days
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Talent Success Manager to lead recruiting and early employee success. This role blends talent acquisition, onboarding, HR technology, and employee engagement.
You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify talent, improve hiring processes, create a strong new-hire experience, and use data and technology to continuously improve how we attract and retain employees.
What You’ll Own
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from job launch and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs, candidate profiles, timelines, and recruiting strategy.
- Develop creative talent pipelines through networking, schools, career programs, social platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Build and manage internship, externship, and early-career recruiting initiatives.
- Design a streamlined onboarding experience and support new hires through their first 30 days.
- Partner with managers on 30/60/90-day goals and new-hire development.
- Track recruiting and onboarding metrics, identify trends, and turn data into actionable improvements.
- Maximize the use of our ATS, HRIS, and other recruiting technologies.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, culture initiatives, and employer branding.
- Help ensure recruiting practices and documentation remain compliant with employment regulations.
- Maintain recruiting resources, forms, and processes in partnership with department leaders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience with strong full-cycle recruiting knowledge.
- Experience with an ATS and HRIS; ADP, Paylocity, or Ashby preferred.
- Interest and experience in AI-enabled recruiting, automation, and HR analytics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to use data to solve problems and improve processes.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
