Warehouse Leadership Opportunity – Join a Team That Feels Like Family!
We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for a growing company in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader, or a strong warehouse supervisor ready to take the next step into management.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and accuracy
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, slotting, and process controls
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
- Supervise warehouse equipment maintenance, including forklifts and material handling equipment
- Manage warehouse supplies and facility needs
- Partner with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse staff
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
- Foster a positive, team-oriented, and safety-focused work environment
- Track and report operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, productivity, shipping performance, and safety compliance
- Jump in and support warehouse operations as needed to meet customer deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
