Paralegal – Medical Malpractice – Dallas

Our client is a reputable law firm specializing in complex medical malpractice cases. They are seeking a qualified Paralegal to join their Dallas team and contribute to impactful litigation efforts focused on medical malpractice claims.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals in a collaborative environment dedicated to justice and client advocacy. The successful candidate will support the legal team through document preparation, case organization, and research, helping to ensure the smooth progress of litigation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation for medical malpractice lawsuits.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Conduct legal research and gather pertinent medical and legal information to support case strategies.
- Coordinate communications between clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses.
- Manage deadlines and calendar for case-related proceedings and filings.
- Support deposition and court proceedings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably with a focus on medical malpractice or personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and medical terminology relevant to malpractice cases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
