Warehouse Manager
Direct Hire; up to 105K

Duties:
- Establish, implement, and maintain best of class warehousing processes
- Partner with customer service and sales in order fulfillment and meeting customer delivery dates
- Work with CFO in achieving monthly revenue targets ensuring shipping objectives are fully met
- Critically analyze all warehouse functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements
- Strive to minimize and eliminate all shipping, receiving, and service/warranty errors
- Ensure warehouse staff understand job responsibilities and properly supervise to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Perform annual performance review of all shipping and receiving personnel including goal setting and measurement of goals to be followed up the next year
- Stay current on NetSuite software upgrades impacting warehouse personnel and oversee training
- Monitor NetSuite order fulfillments and back orders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and meet/exceed stated goal of “100% by 4 p.m.” shipment of orders written that day
- Run NetSuite “stock status” reports and physically monitor all inventory levels (including supplies and non-serialized inventory items); notify purchasing when stock is low
- Plan, execute, and report back to CFO regarding year-end physical inventory and cycle counts of critical inventory items
- Immediately resolve all cycle count discrepancies including identification and correction of root causes of count errors
- Work with common carriers (UPS, FedEx) to improve shipping process and track down/resolve shipping problems noted
- Keep warehouse equipment operational and warehouse premises secure; maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse at all times
Qualifications:
- College preferred, not required
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse management setting
- Technology product and inventory helpful
- NetSuite and Office 365 experience HIGHLY preferred
- Understand NetSuite functions impacting warehouse personnel – shipping, receiving, service & warranty, inventory adjustments, and inventory transfers
- Leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and a multitasker; proactive, resourceful, and customer service centric
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented with a positive demeanor
