Regional Sales Manager – USA
Direct Hire – 120K-180K REM
Texas; remote with travel

**Successful sales experience in food & beverage, hospitality, and/or fast-moving consumer goods
Duties:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for U.S. market to meet and surpass revenue targets
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and channel partners
- Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, presenting, and closing new accounts
- Provide support and training to distributor sales teams and customers to maximize brand awareness and product adoption
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
- Represent company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure alignment on brand goals and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related highly preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries
- Proven track record of developing and growing a sales territory
- Existing network within U.S. beverage or foodservice industry highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong history of managing a sales team and direct reports
- Strong management of stock and inventory
