Administrative Assistant – will start as part-time and can grow to full time
Indefinite temp; $20 per hour
Kenedy, TX
Duties:
- Support the South Texas operations team with daily clerical tasks and office-related needs
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- Scan and process trucking tickets
- Assist with procurement and invoicing processes
- Ensure office equipment is functional, and repairs are handled accordingly
- Collaborate on the coordination of office and company events including safety trainings
- Ensure office is kept presentable, tidy and organized; maintain inventory of supplies
- Support with inventory management utilizing internal software program
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or comparable (GED)
- Tech and system savvy; Microsoft Office Suite a must; NetSuite a HUGE PLUS
- 2+ years of front desk / office experience
- Experience in POs, requisitions, and inventory management a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm, positive attitude, professional, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Interact and communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and management
- Work well in a team setting to meet established goals; collaborate
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports

- Reports to Senior Ops Manager – great guy
- Usually just 2 people in office but depends on the day (could be up to 20)
