We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, handle multiple administrative tasks, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet, meet, and seat customers and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Keep the kitchen and refreshment areas stocked and organized daily.
- Log, track, and ship recordings as needed.
- Manage and monitor the office resource mailbox.
- Perform general office support tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
