HR Assistant – Data Cleanup Project (Temporary)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support an urgent HRIS data cleanup project following a large employee data merge. Significant issues occurred during the merge, and this role is critical to restoring data accuracy and integrity across employee files. This is a high-priority situation that requires a calm, steady, detail-oriented professional who can stay focused and methodical until the cleanup is complete.
Key Responsibilities

Support cleanup and reconciliation of employee records impacted by a recent HRIS data merge

Review, validate, and correct employee files to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect records and resolve issues systematically

Serve as a second set of eyes to verify data accuracy before finalization

Perform bulk uploads, imports, or mass updates within the HRIS as required

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Document findings, corrections, and progress throughout the project

Communicate clearly with HR leadership on issues, risks, and completion status
Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Paycor OR ADP or a similar HRIS platform

Experience performing bulk data imports/uploads into an HRIS system is required

Prior HR administrative or HRIS support experience

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Calm demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a high-urgency environment

Ability to work onsite most of the time (local candidates strongly preferred)

Strong communication skills via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
