VP – Customer Success, RCM Outsourcing
Direct Hire; up to 350K
Remote from TX (highly preferred)
Duties:
- Own executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor on RCM strategy
- Drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth
- Lead executive business reviews with clear performance insights and value delivery
- Oversee end-to-end RCM delivery across engagements
- Ensure performance against SLAs and core KPIs (AR, denials, cash, productivity, quality)
- Lead continuous improvement across workflows, staffing, and efficiency
- Lead and develop Customer Success and Operations leaders
- Build a high-accountability, customer-first culture
- Scale team structure in line with growth
- Drive adoption of automation, AI, and analytics
- Partner cross-functionally to deploy tech-enabled improvements
- Modernize and digitize RCM processes
- Partner with Sales to expand accounts and onboard new clients
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Support solutioning and transitions for new enterprise engagements
Qualifications:
- Preferred expertise in Radiology, Imaging & Diagnostics, and/or Cardiology
- 15+ years in RCM, including large-scale outsourcing leadership
- Experience across provider and vendor environments preferred
- Proven success with enterprise or large mid-market clients
- Strong command of RCM KPIs and revenue optimization strategies
- Track record of implementing tech-enabled RCM improvements
- Executive presence with strong client management skills
- Data-driven and operationally rigorous
- Scales teams and drives performance

- Degree strongly preferred (MBA/MHA) but not required
