Administrative Assistant
Part time – 10 hours weekly
Temp to Hire – West Houston/Energy Corridor
Immediate opportunity!
Real Estate experience helpful but not required
$18-20 hour DOE
- Set up new client files
- Document management, scanning and filing
- Answer office phones
- Assist with calendars and scheduling
- General office duties
- Must be detail oriented, will train!
- Part-Time schedule to be determined: within Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- MS Office skills required: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have computer skills and be able to type on computer keyboard
