Administrative Assistant 
Part time – 10 hours weekly
Temp to Hire – West Houston/Energy Corridor
Immediate opportunity!
Real Estate experience helpful but not required

$18-20 hour DOE

  • Set up new client files
  • Document management, scanning and filing
  • Answer office phones
  • Assist with calendars and scheduling
  • General office duties
  • Must be detail oriented, will train!
  • Part-Time schedule to be determined: within Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • MS Office skills required: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have computer skills and be able to type on computer keyboard
