Operations Coordinator
Contract to hire

$24 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Enter, maintain, and update data in TAT and JDE systems.
– Generate reports and track operational performance metrics.
– Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team communications.
– Process purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and other operational documentation.
– Assist with inventory management, shipping, and logistics coordination.
– Respond to phone calls and emails, and help resolve customer and employee inquiries.
– Organize and maintain files to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
– Support managers with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by supporting general housekeeping efforts.
– Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
– Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with business systems such as JDE is a plus.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills – Experience with ERP systems such as JDE.
– Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment.
– Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, or logistics processes.
