Litigation Paralegal (Construction + PI) | Houston, TX (Downtown)
A well-established Houston litigation firm is hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support matters from case initiation through discovery, trial/arbitration, and post-trial.
Highlights
- $85K–$95K base (DOE)
- Direct-hire, full-time (Mon–Fri; occasional overtime)
- Downtown Houston — hybrid/primarily in-office

Ideal background
- 5+ years litigation paralegal experience (law firm)
- Trial experience required
- Construction and/or personal injury exposure strongly preferred
- Confident with state + federal e-filing, deadlines, exhibits, discovery, and document management
- Tools: PACER, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Teams/Zoom
