Litigation Paralegal (Construction + PI) | Houston, TX (Downtown)

A well-established Houston litigation firm is hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support matters from case initiation through discovery, trial/arbitration, and post-trial.

Highlights

  • $85K–$95K base (DOE)
  • Direct-hire, full-time (Mon–Fri; occasional overtime)
  • Downtown Houston — hybrid/primarily in-office
  • Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, 401(k) + profit sharing

Ideal background

  • 5+ years litigation paralegal experience (law firm)
  • Trial experience required
  • Construction and/or personal injury exposure strongly preferred
  • Confident with state + federal e-filing, deadlines, exhibits, discovery, and document management
  • Tools: PACER, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Teams/Zoom
