Throughout her extensive career, Joanne has helped shape the staffing strategies of countless companies, from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, across a wide range of industries including real estate, mortgage, title, accounting, administrative support, and property management. Her deep expertise allows her to partner with companies to craft customized staffing solutions that not only address immediate hiring needs but also align with long-term business goals.

For the last twenty years, her focus has been in the real estate, mortgage, and title marketplace, which includes recruiting, retention, business development, and client management.

Joanne served as President of the Houston Association of NAPMW for 2010–2012 and as Vice President of Membership for 2017–2018. She remains actively involved in numerous organizations related to the real estate, mortgage, and title industries and is a member of CREW Houston 2026.
