Job Title: Production Recruiter

Location: Remote – 2 open roles (West and East Coast)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Production Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier talent for our rapidly growing organization. This pivotal role demands a sharp eye for talent, exceptional networking prowess, and a strategic mindset in attracting and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in building lasting partnerships with high-caliber professionals in the production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and executing recruitment strategies to engage and hire proficient production professionals.
  • Sourcing top talent through diverse channels like networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conducting comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ production expertise, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
  • Cultivating and managing a robust pipeline of skilled production candidates to meet present and future recruitment needs.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and company leadership to grasp recruitment requirements and market dynamics.
  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to gauge time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline activity.
  • Showcasing the company’s value proposition, competitive compensation packages, and growth pathways to potential candidates.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and talent movements within the production sector.
  • Ensuring adherence to all pertinent employment laws and licensing prerequisites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment of Loan Officers/Branches 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and foster relationships with production professionals.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Skills:

  • Established network within mortgage  industry.
  • Experience in recruiting for commission-based roles.
  • Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements.
