We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in equipment repair, manufacturing, assembly, hydraulics, and troubleshooting.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 1:45 PM (as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, and maintain equipment at the Fort Worth facility
• Assemble and disassemble oilfield equipment
• Perform pre-testing and assist with final testing of equipment
• Inspect components for wear, damage, and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Complete required documentation and inspection records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or equipment repair
• Experience with hydraulic systems
• Basic electronics knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of heavy equipment repair or manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of hydraulic repair and troubleshooting experience
• Experience working with oilfield or industrial equipment
