Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case files related to estate planning, probate, and trusts
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests
- Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Prepare estate tax returns, trust accountings, and court filings (e-filing)
- Organize and review electronic discovery and legal documents
- Maintain case calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications for Successful Candidates:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree required
- At least 5 years of experience supporting estate, probate, and litigation cases preferred
- Deep understanding of legal procedures in estate and trust matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
