Team Profiles

Christine Norris has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since April 2009 through the National Association of Personnel Services. She comes to the Professional Services Group of Professional Alternatives from a successful 15+ year career in the luxury beauty arena where she was the Executive Director of several high end business’ in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana. She smoothly contributed her business acumen, quickly establishing herself as an Executive Search Consultant, and has now been recruiting for a wide array of positions in diverse industries for 17+ years – energy, oil and gas, real estate, and more.

Christine is an active member of HR Houston with her participation primarily focused on the University Liaison Committee where she can mentor college students in navigating their job search and careers in human resources; she plans to pursue additional certifications in both recruiting and human resources. Christine has won a plethora of awards from TSRSA (formerly HAAPC) and plans to earn even more. Her favorite part of her Executive Search Consultant role is the relationship-building with both candidates and clients. She has proudly and humbly held many of those relationships for 17+ years. Christine spent most of her life in New Orleans and has lived in Houston since shortly after Hurricane Katrina.

On a personal note, she is a positive ‘pump you up’ cheerleader by nature and has a loud laugh that usually makes people smile. She is a die hard LSU Tiger and New Orleans Saints fan and love all things NOLA! She has 2 beautiful adult daughters, 3 furbabies, loves tropical vacations, brunch is her favorite meal, and she has started a pretty good collection of Jordan 1’s.
