Our client is looking to add an experienced Legal Assistant to join our insurance defense litigation team. This hybrid position is based in our downtown Dallas office and offers a combination of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in insurance defense litigation matters
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents
  • Manage court deadlines and attorney calendars
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
  • Maintain case files and organize litigation documents
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of legal assistant experience in insurance defense litigation
  • Knowledge of Texas state and federal court filing procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
