? **HIRING: Manager of Inside Sales**

? **$120K-$140K OTE** ?

We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Leader who knows how to build high-performing teams, coach in real time, and turn sales data into results. ?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-volume inside sales team supporting a fast-growing home services business. You’ll have direct visibility to senior leadership and a key role in shaping the sales process, team culture, and overall performance. ?

**What You’ll Do:**
– Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team ?
– Own team performance, revenue, conversion, and quality metrics ?
– Conduct call coaching, one-on-ones, and performance reviews ?
– Build and refine scripts, sales processes, and playbooks ?
– Use KPIs and reporting to identify opportunities and drive improvements ?
– Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion ?
– Maintain strong CRM processes, data accuracy, and compliance ?
– Help build a high-accountability, high-performance sales culture ?

**What We’re Looking For:**
– 3+ years leading an inside sales, call center, or high-volume phone sales team ?
– Proven success hitting team sales targets ?
– Strong coaching and people-development skills ?
– Data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting ?
– CRM experience and strong sales process knowledge ?
– Confident communicator who can work effectively with both leadership and sales teams ??
– Home services, energy, telecom, insurance, or similar experience is a plus ?
– Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus ?
