Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced legal team? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting complex litigation matters and delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, trial, and arbitration preparation.
• Manage document reviews, large-scale productions, deposition preparation, trial exhibits, witness files, privilege logs, and deposition summaries.
• Organize and analyze case materials, conduct legal and factual research, and assist with drafting legal correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
• Create and maintain litigation databases using tools such as Relativity, CaseMap, Ringtail, Summation, Trial Director, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and legal citations.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including significant experience supporting Labor & Employment matters.
• Trial support experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with litigation support software such as Relativity, CaseMap, Ringtail, Summation, Trial Director, and Excel.
• Experience with online document repositories.
• Familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and time-entry systems such as Carpe Diem is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, research, writing, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
