medical malpractice paralegal (trial team)

Join a plaintiff-side trial team that prepares every case for the courtroom. this role is for a sharp, organized litigation paralegal who can own deadlines, master medical records, and keep cases moving fast.

houston, tx (in-office) | full-time | direct hire

responsibilities

  • support attorneys from intake through trial prep
  • manage discovery (drafting support, tracking, production coordination, deadlines)
  • request, organize, and summarize medical records; build chronologies and case summaries
  • coordinate depositions, experts, subpoenas, filings, and hearing/trial logistics
  • maintain clean, trial-ready files, exhibits, and witness materials

requirements

  • 3+ years civil litigation paralegal experience; medical malpractice or complex injury strongly preferred
  • strong medical records experience and deadline management
  • excellent writing, organization, and follow-through
  • trial prep experience is a plus
