Technical Recruiter Needed ASAP!

Join a growing organization supporting technical hiring initiatives across engineering, IT, operations, project management, and other specialized professional disciplines. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while serving as a strategic recruiting resource to the business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical and professional talent
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations
• Maintain recruiting activity, metrics, and candidate records within the ATS
• Support workforce planning and ongoing talent acquisition initiatives
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, operations, or project-based positions
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience supporting engineering, technical, operations, or project teams
• Familiarity with industrial, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related industries
• Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and talent pipeline development
